About Me
Hi, I'm Jamie!
My name is Jamie Weiss and I am currently a weekend anchor and reporter at 40/29 News (KHBS/KHOG-TV) in Northwest Arkansas. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in May of 2017 - Go Orange! I pursued a B.S. in Broadcast and Digital Journalism within the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, and obtained dual-minors in Psychology and Information Management Technology.
For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about storytelling. Everyone I meet has a story and I want to be the person to help share them. My dream is to tell stories globally. I want to share the stories of people who wouldn't otherwise have been heard.
To paraphrase Edward R. Murrow, I hope to give a "voice to the voiceless.” And that's just what I plan to do.
